This page explains what happens to the information you send us through vcreate.lk. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, and it describes what the site actually does.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the type of work you are interested in, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we collect it

We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you have asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our own database on a server we control, and a copy is emailed to us so we notice it promptly. Access is limited to vCreate staff who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the working relationship, and delete them on request.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. Your choice of light or dark theme is remembered in your browser using local storage, which never leaves your device. If you sign in to the admin area, a single session cookie keeps you signed in; it is used for nothing else.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will do so without fuss.
